Counseling the patient via conventional messengers isn't allowed under current Russian legislation, because personal data may be stored abroad and authentication via ESIA is not supported.
On Medsenger, the doctor doesn't have to share their personal contacts with the patient, and the chat automatically closes when their counseling contract ends.
Patient inquiries stay separate from personal and work messages, the doctor is reliably notified of new questions and is obliged to respond within set deadlines.
Counseling is an official paid service: the provider generates legitimate revenue and the doctor receives proper recompense for their work.
2. How does the patient sign up for the service?
The patient, usually on their doctor's recommendation, signs the counseling contract — along with an informed consent form and a personal data processing consent form — at your front desk. We will provide some example documents attached to our business contract, for your information.
After the patient pays their bill, the admin registers their contract on Medsenger. The doctor and the patient receive confirmation emails, as well as a personal account activation link in case a new one is created.
Alternative option: Put up a counseling application form on your website. The admin gets notified of new applications via email and approves them.
Since the platform is cloud-based, users can seamlessly switch between devices without losing any information.
When the contract ends, the patient retains their counseling history, without ever getting access to the doctor's contact details.
3. How is this better than phone calls?
